How it started

Started with one scoop, one oven, one tiny kitchen.

Scoop Station began at our home kitchen table, portioning dough with an ice cream scoop because that's the tool we had. The name stuck, and so did the method — every cookie we sell is still hand-scooped to the same size, for the same thick, bakery-style bite.

We bake in small batches a few times a week, so what lands in your tin is always fresh, never frozen and shipped from somewhere else.
